The Standard

At Liquid Morale, we believe recognition matters. Every unit, department, station, and team has that one person who consistently goes above and beyond without asking for credit. The one who shows up early, stays late, takes care of others, and sets the standard through their actions.

We invite leaders, supervisors, NCOs, officers, and team members to nominate a deserving service member or first responder who embodies dedication, professionalism, and selfless service. Each month, we will select one nominee to be featured as "The Standard" for Liquid Morale. The selected individual will receive a free case of Liquid Morale of their choosing and be recognized on our website and social media channels for their outstanding efforts.
